Trek off the beaten trail with a cause

Trek off the beaten trail with a cause

'As soon as we arrive in the village-gate, the people who will have been waiting eagerly for us will put the flower garlands on us. Such a heartwarming welcome filled with warmth is the specialty offered by the typical Nepalese people all over Nepal. Their curiosity to the outer world is so eager that they welcome any visitors with such smile and love'.

We will trek along the villages, stay in their homes, experience the village life while also praising the beautiful mountains, the heavenly views and the mystical nature. As we shift from one to another villages every day, we will have deep insights in their lives, learn their hardships and also exchange the cultures at the end of the day.

After our successful trekking done, we will sit down and go through the rounds of discussions to figure out the way to help them in the future. Every little help means a lot to them which also means we could at least do something for the poor villagers next time we visit there.

For those who wish to help them (in any ways you want) right away, we will introduce you to Gatubarn I Nepal, the established reputed INGO, who has been working on empowering the poor villagers, teaching and providing home to the kids and doing many other social welfare activities for decades. PRIVATE HELI FLIGHT TO THE MOUNT EVEREST

Out of several ways to get to the Everest base camp, the most trending and the most popular one is the journey to the Mount Everest in helicopter. Find out the reason why with the illustrations below.

 Trekking plus heli flight

What highly recommended by the experts is the combination of heli flight with the trekking!

To do that, you need to be physically and mentally prepared too. Getting to the Everest base camp can be as difficult as it can be but with the slightest preparation, it's an easy pie. Getting back to Lukla is on helicopter, so nothing to worry about.
 Heli sightseeing only

Everest heli sightseeing only

You can't be bothered to hard trek to Everest! Then choose Everest heli sightseeing which will take you just an inch close to the Everest summit at fair reasonable price.
 Heli with landing

Heli landing on Everest base camp

The best choice when it comes to saving the precious time while also taking the photos as many as you like, standing right beneath the Mount Everest.

Nepal Honey Hunting Tour

Nepal honey hunting tour is one of the most amazing adventure tours in Nepal. It's because honey hunting is an age-old tradition usually practiced among Gurung and Magar community in Bhujung and Pas Gaun. This is the tradition which is observed twice in a year, especially during spring and autumn, the time to collect wild honey from the hive hanging on the rocky hill. It's found that honey hunting has been done since 13000 BC. This ancestral job still continues in many rural villages to reduce the problem of bread and butter. A large section of travelers are increasingly showing interest in honey hunting, making it one of the most desired tours in Nepal.
Honey hunting is adventurous carrying some amount of risk while also the same amount of fun. The honey hives are made in the height of 300-400 meters above the ground by the indigenous wild bees. There is no other way to approach the honey hives, except with the help of bamboo ladder or rope. This challenging adventure needs the good knowledge of rock climbing and able to take the risk. The lead honey hunter collects the honey in the bucket from beehives and passes down to another hunter.  Best time for honey hunting is early in the morning or in the cold when bees are inactive and easily leaves hives.

Dhorpatan hunting tour

Dhorpatan Hunting Tour is the only hunting tour in Nepal which is legally allowed otherwise others are banned since many parts of the country are marked as the protected areas and Nepal is very true in making efforts to protect the environment and the wild lives at any cost.

Dhorpatan hunting reserve was established in 1987 and covers an area of 1325 km2 below the Dhaulagiri Himal of western Nepal. Dhorpatan, the only hunting reserve is the main habitat of Blue sheep including other animals like Leopard, Ghoral, Barking deer, Wild boar, Langur and Himalayan Black bear. Each year only few number of hunting operations are allowed when only certain species of animals are permitted to hunt.

After getting the hunting permit from the Department of National Parks and Wildlife Conservation under the government of Nepal we will set up a camp within the hunting areas with their permission. The maximum of two weeks is allowed camping inside the reserve. In this special journey, we can also have the amazing views of Dhaulagiri range, Annapurna, Fishtail and Manaslu Himal.
